Josh is young and enthusiastic landscape and wildlife photographer, currently studying Marine and Natural History Photography at Falmouth University. Josh grew up in rural Gloucestershire, where his interest in the natural world was sparked by regular walks in the Cotswold hills along with his involvement with the Scouting movement. In later years this interest grew, he started photographing nature around the age of eight, this growing further when he bought his first DSLR at age 15. The same year he became a Young Leader with his local Scout group, running games, activities and even trips, such as an excursion to Skomer Island during a summer camp in Pembrokeshire. Josh also started a KS3 Photography Club at his school, during his time in sixth form, to encourage and nourish interest in photography. He took his A-Levels in Photography, Geography and Maths, achieving A*, A and B grades respectively, before making the move Falmouth to pursue his combined passion for both nature and photography.
Josh hopes that you will all enjoy reading the Nature’s Wonders blog, as he writes the next chapter in his story!
